Huge queues have formed outside a Covid 'vaccine bus' in Bolton after everyone in the town was invited to get vaccinated before 5pm today.
The temporary vaccination centre has been set up at a secondary school and is aiming to vaccinate 4,000 people by the end of today.
It comes amid fears Bolton will be placed under a local lockdown after the town suffered a surge in cases of the Indian coronavirus variant.
Bolton councillor Andy Morgan urged residents to head down to the vaccine bus before 5pm, saying 'the team will find a reason to vaccinate you'.
