Huge police presence in Scots street as man arrested

A huge police presence was seen on a Scots street after police raced to reports of a disturbance.Cops rushed to Queensferry Road in Rosyth after reports of concern for a woman.

A 48-year-old man was arrested near the scene in connection with the incident.An investigation remains ongoing. Images from the scene show dozens of police vehicles on a quiet residential street.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 12.30pm on Saturday, 21 December, 2024, we received a report of concern for a woman in the Rosyth area. “Officers carried out enquiries and traced a 48-year-old man in the Queensferry Road area in connection with the incident.
