Huge Netflix star joining Australian soap Neighbours to play 'glamorous businesswoman'

Selling Sunset's Chrishell Stause is set to join the cast of Australian soap Neighbours, it has been revealed.The American actress and reality TV star, who shot to fame on Netflix's Selling Sunset, a show that follows high-end estate agents in Los Angeles, will start filming Down Under this July.

Chrishell, 42, will be playing Yasmine "Yas" Shields, a successful and glamorous businesswoman chasing a thrilling new opportunity. "I am honoured and excited to join such a beloved and iconic show," says the star. "Coming from the world of soaps in the US, it's back to my first love in the entertainment industry.They pitched me an idea for a character, and I was immediately excited to figure out a way to make it happen.

Ramsay Street here I come! ". Before her real estate career, Chrishell had roles in several US soaps including All My Children, Days Of Our Lives, and The Young And The Restless.

Her performance in Days Of Our Lives even earned her a Daytime Emmy nomination for outstanding guest performer in a drama series.
