A huge fire has torn through two blocks of flats in the eastern Spanish city of Valencia, injuring at least 13 people, officials have confirmed.Firefighters raced to the scene in the city centre where flames could be seen engulfing the 14-storey residential building where the inferno reportedly started.Initial emergency service reports said there were at least 13 people injured with fractures, burns and smoke inhalation.

The 13 included six firefighters.Shocking footage from the scene shows residents trapped on balconies waiting to be rescued reports the Mirror.The fire began in the early evening of February 22 and spread to an adjacent building, state news agency Efe reported.
