Huge 90s music festival featuring Bewitched, Liberty X and Five heading to Manchester
manchestereveningnews.co.ukA huge festival of 90s music is heading to the Manchester City Airport at Barton this summer. 90s Baby, which has thrown events at the AO Arena, will be pulling together a line-up of pop legends for the one-day festival on July 16.
Headlining will be Irish popsters Bewitched, Five, 911 and Liberty X. Sonique, Phats & Small and Gareth Gates will also be playing, along with rave acts like Ultra Nate, N-Trance, Baby D, Rozalla, Livin Joy Ultrabeat and Julie McKnight. The air and heliport at Barton-upon-Irwell will be transformed for the day, as 5,000 people descend on the site. The music will be split over three different arenas, and will feature a full funfair, glitter stalls, gin and rum bars.
There will also be a food village featuring various street food traders. 90s Baby has held a host of shows at the AO Arena, but this will be its first major festival event.
