Although he had to apologise to his mum after getting the tattoo, at the time he also revealed that there was a touching meaning behind the symbols.
Harvey is actually very close to his family - so much so that he became tearful on Strictly when he spoke to them - and hadd ecided to make a touching tribute to his mum Nicky.
Sharing an image of his ink at the time, the Strictly star explained that the Roman numerals actually read his mum's birthday.
