Wrexham host Boreham Wood at the Racecourse Ground this weekend and need just one more win to secure promotion back to the Football League after 15 seasons away.
After winning 33 out of a possible 44 matches this season, the Welsh club can end an enthralling National League title race between themselves and Notts County on the penultimate weekend by securing another set of three points.
That would take Wrexham's total tally to 110 after winning their midweek game in hand against Yeovil Town. There is also the prospect that their rivals from the East Midlands could decide it for them should they surprisingly slip up against already-relegated Maidstone United before play begins at the world's oldest international football stadium.
Alternatively, Notts County winning and Wrexham failing to match that result would see the title decided on the final day. READ MORE: Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney agree with Chelsea approach as Wrexham tactic explained Kick-off on Saturday afternoon is at 6:30pm BST (1:30pm ET).
