The MTV Video Music Awards are set to take place on Tuesday, September 12 live from New Jersey’s Prudential Center. Broadcast of the show will be on MTV and livestream on Paramount+ starting at 8 p.m.
ET. Shakira is set to be honored with the Video Vanguard Award as she also competes for Moon Person trophies in categories like Best Collaboration, Best Latin and Artist of the Year.
Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion will hit the VMAs stage to perform their new single “Bongos.” Other performers of the night include Fall Out Boy, Metro Boomin with Future, A Boogie Wit da Hoodie, Swae Lee & NAV, and Peso Plum are the latest round of performers set for the 2023 VMAs.
They join previously announced Nicki Minaj, Olivia Rodrigo, Lil Wayne, Anitta, Doja Cat, Kelsea Ballerini, Tomorrow X Together, Demi Lovato, Karol G, Måneskin and Stray Kids.
