Taylor Swift

Taylor Alison Swift is an American singer-songwriter. She is known for narrative songs about her personal life, which have received widespread media coverage. At age 14, Swift became the youngest artist signed by the Sony/ATV Music publishing house and, at 15, she signed her first record deal.

Her 2006 eponymous debut album was the longest-charting album of the 2000s in the US. Its third single, "Our Song", made her the youngest person to single-handedly write and perform a number-one song on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. Swift's second album, Fearless, was released in 2008.

Buoyed by the pop crossover success of the singles "Love Story" and "You Belong with Me", it became the US' best-selling album of 2009 and was certified diamond in the US. The album won four Grammy Awards, and Swift became the youngest Album of the Year winner.

It really does matter what time of day you exercise if you want to shed the pounds - with women advised to work-out in the morning if they're serious about reducing body fat.

A new US study has also discovered that men looking to lose weight should instead work up a sweat in the evenings. Different biological clocks, sleep-wake cycles and hormones are all thought to play a role in this disparity between the sexes, according to the new study which was published by Frontiers in Physiology. The research put 30 men and 26 women, aged from 25 to 55, through a three-month fitness regime before monitoring the results.

One group spent an hour working out before 8.30am, while the other exercised from 6 to 8pm, with all following the same diet plan.

Everyone’s blood pressure, body fat and strength were then tested, with researchers noting real differences in the best exercise times for men and women.
