Odion Ighalo has scored four goals in eight appearances for Manchester United since arriving at the club from Shanghai Shenhua in January, and the on-loan striker has hinted he would consider making the move permanent at the end of the campaign.
Speaking to Juliet Bawuah on Twitter, Ighalo said “I'm on loan until the end of the season, which has not expired. "Now it's for us to finish the season very well, I do well, score more goals, if possible, then after the season we'll see what's on the table.” If the former Watford striker does join United on a permanent basis, there are countless legendary strikers from the club’s history who he could look to emulate.
