Kerry Katona stunned listeners as she made a realisation about tampons while discussing menstruation on her latest podcast. The former Atomic Kitten singer, 42, was gobsmacked as she and co-host Alison Spittle chatted with guest Marnie Simpson on the podcast Wheel of Misfortune.

Geordie Shore star Marnie had Kerry squealing in horror as she recalled a stomach-churning tale about placing a used tampon in her bedroom bin and forgetting it was there.
