Christian Eriksen has been impressed Manchester United's players in training, according to Anthony Elanga. Eriksen, 30, agreed to sign for United on a free transfer earlier this month and was officially unveiled on Tuesday.
The midfielder trained with Erik ten Hag at Ajax when he was preparing to return to football last year and he has a strong relationship with the Dutchman.
After the transfer was made official, Eriksen admitted that Ten Hag played a key role in him signing for the club. Eriksen has signed a three-year contract at United and he's joined Tyrell Malacia and Lisandro Martinez as the first signings of Ten Hag's reign. The Denmark international came on in the second half and he provided a few moments of quality in his cameo. Elanga, who started against Atletico, spoke to MUTV after the game and he was asked about Eriksen's arrival.
