The bout takes place at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in north London and will be played out in front of 70,000 fans - with Tyson Fury also likely to keep a close eye on proceedings.
Fury was due to go toe-to-toe with Joshua in a unification bout in Saudi Arabia this summer but that bout was cancelled after an American court ruled that Deontay Wilder could have his rematch with the Gypsy King.
That fight will take place in Las Vegas on October 9th in a bout that is widely seen as the final hurdle for Fury before facing off
