The House of the Dragon Season 2 had a strong finish. Sunday night’s finale drew 8.9M viewers across HBO and digital platforms, the network announced Monday.

Season 2 has lost a bit of its audience overall compared to Season 1, since the premiere saw an audience decline of about 22%.
