If you caught the season two premiere of House of the Dragon, you might have noticed there’s a new opening credits sequence.
The first season’s opening credits featured blood going through a maze-like puzzle while the second season’s opening credits show a medieval tapestry being threaded.
So, why the change? Keep reading to find out more… “The amazing opening sequence for the original show put us in this place where — not that we were trying to top it, but that we were trying to continue the tradition of an evolving credit sequence that changes,” co-creator and showrunner Ryan Condal told The Hollywood Reporter.
He continued, “In the original show, the credits change as the show changes geography, showing you more and more of Westeros.
