Now a new documentary aims to explore the full story behind her guardianship. Framing Britney Spears will run as the sixth instalment of The New York Times Presents series.
The documentary will air on the US TV channel FX and on Hulu and will chart the star’s rise to fame, her troubled years in the music industry, and the subsequent controversy surrounding her conservatorship.
