Hollywood star Rob McElhenney chips in £6,000 to adapt disabled football fan's home

The star made a secret early morning donation of £6,000 to Wrexham AFC fan Aiden Stott, who was raising money to have a specialist bath fitted inside his new flat.While McElhenney has not acknowledged the contribution, the donation was made in his name to a GoFundMe page set up by Aiden.Aiden, who has cerebral palsy and no use of his left hand side and very limited use of his right side, had been quoted £6,000 for a mechanically adapted bath and hoist to help him get in and out of the bath.The Wrexham fan said he is on the waiting list for a bath from Social Services, but due to the waiting list and delays from the coronavirus pandemic he decided to try and raise the money himself.Aiden had recently moved to a flat.
