The telly favourites, who play John Paul McQueen and Sienna Blake on the Channel 4 soap, answered questions from their fans during a live Q&A session with The Mirror, where they touched on managing their work-life balance.
The soap stars have a gruelling schedule which can see them film up toc six or seven hours' worth of footage a day - no doubt leaving them exhausted.
When asked: "How do you both go home and not take the drama with you?", Anna and James both shared their tops tips on keeping all the hard-hitting storylines and scripts out of their minds when they arrive
