It was revealed that Jez had murdered Dilly in a bid to stop her from reporting Sienna Blake (Anna Passey) to the police during Tuesday's (January 14) episode of the Channel 4 soap, which is now available to watch online.
Dilly faced pressure when Zoe Anderson (Garcia Brown) found out about her and Prince McQueen's (Malique Thompson-Dwyer) affair, and Sienna accidentally admitted to killing Ethan Williams (Matthew James-Bailey) on their wedding day.
A shocked Dilly decided to leave the village for good, but beforehand she told Jez about Sienna’s confession, unaware that he already knew and had covered it up.
