Holly Willoughby has invited fans to a live show in which she will be celebrating the launch of her new book while sharing how she learned to live a "fuller, happier life".

The This Morning host will be talking about her autobiography Reflections as well as her life hacks at the Barbican theatre in London in an event which encourages guests to "celebrate" being themselves.
