Ruthie, who entered the camp last Tuesday, sobbed alone in her hammock and was comforted by Vernon Kay and Victoria Derbyshire.
The rest of the camp then joined and reassured Ruthie, with Olympian Mo Farah telling her he suffered from self-doubt too sometimes. "I am such a tough cookie, I pride myself on being such a tough cookie," she wept. "But I'm really not, and nobody sees me like that, they alway see me as a very strong, tough woman."
