Holly Willoughby explains This Morning week-long absence as Rochelle Humes stands in

Holly is set to helm ITV ’s new reality sports show The Games with co-star Freddie Flintoff and as a result will miss This Morning this week.
At the start of Monday's show, Phil told ITV viewers: "Rochelle is here all week as Holly is presenting The Games live tonight all week from Crystal Palace. " Taking to Twitter to share the news with fans, Holly wrote: “Morning… going to miss my This Morning family this week however I’ve had a change of career and become a Cheer Leader… it was only a matter of time,” alongside a heart emoji.
ITV ’s new reality sports show The Games will see 12 celebrities go head-to-head in a series of challenges, across a week of live shows.
