Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story is a major success for Hallmark Channel and fans are already asking for a sequel! Hunter King and Tyler Hynes star in the new Countdown to Christmas rom-com movie and they promoted the movie at the network’s first-ever Hallmark Christmas Experience this past weekend.

The movie follows Chiefs superfan Alana (King), who tries to win the Fan of the Year Award as a Christmas gift for her family, falling in love with someone (Hynes) in the Chiefs front office along the way.

The actors have been asked about the possibility of a sequel and they already have ideas. Keep reading to find out more… SPOILER ALERT! Hunter and Tyler‘s characters Alana and Derrick of course end up with each other at the end of the film.

So, what’s next for them? “Would they get married on the field, or would it be somewhere in the stadium?” Hunter pondered in an interview with Swooon. Tyler responded, “Oh, in the middle of the field… And the tagline would be like, ‘Tackling Love’ or ‘Tackling Marriage.’” Tyler added, “It’s such a rare moment in time with such a rare convergence of cultures and people and brands and the time that we’re in, so I think if that were to materialize, you would have to do it.
