Hillwalker pronounced dead on Scots mountain after rescue teams rushed to aid
dailyrecord.co.ukA hillwalker tragically died after falling on a Scots mountain yesterday.Rescuers rushed to the casualty's aid on Ben More, Crianlarich at around midday.Killin Mountain Rescue Team said they received a call from police in response to an incident where a walker had fallen on Ben More.The team began searching for the walker in the cold weather conditionsThe team found the casualty and began administering first aid for what were serious injuries.Unfortunately, despite their best efforts, the casualty was pronounced dead on the hill.
A spokesperson for Killin Rescue Team said: "Our thoughts are very much with the family and friends of the individual and we offer them our sincerest condolences.
