Hibs have earned the tag of the SPFL's dirtiest team after committing more fouls than any of the other 41 teams - and SIXTY ONE more than rivals Hearts, who join Aberdeen as the cleanest sides in the Premiership.

But there's no separating Celtic and Rangers with just three fouls between the Glasgow rivalsThe lower leagues are at the midway point in the season while the top flight is just short of it as we barrel towards the new year with the festive fixtures coming thick and fast.

Only two points separate Edinburgh rivals Hearts and Hibs, with Robbie Neilson's team having played a game fewer and hoping to extend the gap between the two when they face off on January 2.It might be tight between the capital foes as far as the points are concerned but that's certainly not the case on the fouls table.

Stats published by the SPFL show Hibs have committed a whopping 237 fouls - more than any team across the four leagues under the SPFL umbrella.
