Hibs have announced a wage deferral which will see players take a cut on their salaries until football kicks off again, with some deferring up to 50 per cent.
Clubs across the country have been forced to put cost-cutting measures into place as they try to come through the ongoing coronavirus crisis.
With no income from games clubs could begin struggling if they don't find a way to save money, and deferring wages should allow Hibs to come out the other side.
Jack Ross and his coaching staff will also take a cut for the foreseeable future until football returns. The club will also place the majority of its non-playing staff on furlough.
