msn.comSu Pollard has signed up for 'Celebrity MasterChef'. The 71-year-old actress - who rose to fame as Peggy Ollerenshaw in 'Hi-de-Hi!' - is being lined up for the upcoming BBC One cooking show alongside the likes of Katie Price and Joe Swash.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "It's a real coup getting Su. We're made up. She'll bring joy to the show. " Su also appeared in the likes of 'You Rang, M'Lord' and 'Oh, Doctor Beeching!', as well as over 35 stage productions and more than 40 pantomimes over the years.
The report comes after it was recently revealed Melanie Sykes has also agreed to take part with bosses hoping she brings "a bit of glamour".
