Madonna is making headlines again for what she is wearing after she was spotted heading to an MTV Awards after party dressed like a bride.

In fairness, she wasn’t decked out like a bride heading to the church but it was definitely a head turning look. The 63-year-old loved getting dolled up for her recent birthday celebrations with her family in Italy.

At the weekend she delighted fans by making a surprise appearance at the Awards in New York. Madonna set the tone for her appearance when she stripped off a Burberry trench coat to reveal a BDSM-inspired PVC look, as she welcomed the audience to the show marking MTV’s 40th year.
