Herd of cows cause 'udder chaos' during morning stroll in Bury town

Residents from Bury woke to a surprise when a herd of cows were on the moo-ve in their neighbourhood. The drove which is believed to be from fields in Tottington took themselves for a morning walk today (March 17) much to the surprise of many residents.

I looked out my window to see seven or eight cows running down the road heading straight towards the neighbours house. "I couldn't believe it I was laughing my head off.

The kids were shouting at each other, 'come look quick there’s cows'. "Nice to see some excitement every now and then. Hope the cows were back safe." Farmer and owner of the cattle Chris Outram says the cows have since been returned safe and sound.
