The Countryfile host enjoyed a fun-filled week in London with Ernie, Louis and Elsie who she shares with her ex-husband. Helen, 39, and Leeds Rhinos rugby star Richie Myler announced their split a year ago this month (April).
Helen penned on her Instagram Story at the time: "Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple. He has left the family home.
We will be doing our best to co-parent our small children." And over the weekend, Strictly Come Dancing star Helen took to her Instagram Story to share what she and the kids had been getting up to as they spent some time down south and away from their Cumbrian home.
