Helen Skelton’s ex Richie Myler gives glimpse at pregnant girlfriend's baby shower

Rugby player Richie Myler, who is the ex-husband of Strictly Come Dancing finalist Helen Skelton, has given his 19.9k Instagram followers a glimpse at his pregnant girlfriend Stephanie Thirkill's baby shower.

Richie, 32, took to his Instagram Story, where he shared a snap of a rather lavish cake, which featured a number of decorations, including flowers, a teddy bear and a dog.

Lettering on the cake read: "Steph's baby shower".The baby shower comes just days after Richie shared a loved-up snap with Stephanie, 32, in which she showcased her blossoming baby bump.

Richie simply captioned the photo with a red heart emoji. Richie recently re-instated his Instagram account, after he previously set it to private and later deactivated it after receiving a torrent of online abuse.
