The Countryfile presenter took to Instagram on Wednesday (March 8) to mark the annual, global day which celebrates the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women.
Helen, who was showered with support and praise herself while taking part in Strictly Come Dancing last year, shared a photo of her daughter, Elsie Kate, who turned one in December.
The toddler, now 14 months, could be seen with her older brother Louis, five, surrounded by play apparatus at a leisure centre.
