Helen Skelton has shared a plea to her son to 'never change' as she paid a short but sweet tribute to him on his birthday. The Morning Live presenter took to social media on Wednesday (June 19) to mark her son Ernie's special day.

Helen, shares Ernie, nine, Louis, five and 16-month-old Elsie with her ex-husband Richie Myler. The Strictly Come Dancing finalist and the Leeds rugby star split in 2022 after eight years of marriage and their divorce was reportedly finalised in January.

Taking to Instagram on her eldest son's birthday, Helen shared a photo of him pulling a face as they travelled on a train while a second photo showed the youngster snuggled up reading a story to his little sister Elsie.
