Helen Skelton fears she will give birth live on TV this week. The mum -of-two hosts Channel 5’s Winter On The Farm tomorrow night – despite being just weeks away from her due date.
And a nervous Helen revealed she only agreed to film the popular series if her favourite vet was on hand to deliver her baby in case of a telly emergency.
The Countryfile host joked: “Both my sons were early so I certainly don’t want to be giving birth live on TV but it’s a risk I’m willing to take. “If you are going to be going into labour on a farm, at least you know you are in safe hands – farmers have plenty of experience delivering babies.“I know there’s a big difference between babies and lambs but it’s all the same principle.
