Helen Skelton breaks silence after ex husband Richie Myler welcomes baby with girlfriend

Helen Skelton has broken her silence since news emerged that her ex-husband Richie Myler has welcomed a baby with his girlfriend, Stephanie Thirkill.The professional rugby player, 32, is thought to have welcomed a new baby with his girlfriend Stephanie, just 11 months after leaving the family home he shared with Countryfile's Helen, 39.

His Leeds Rhino coach Rohan Smith confirmed that Richie had become a parent again, saying: "Richie has spent a bunch of time in hospital with the birth of his new little baby, so we've given him a little time off to settle in at home." Helen didn't seem to be letting the news phase her as she spoke about parenting.

Speaking at the Kinder Masters of Play Festival she said: “Being a mum of three, I know how challenging it can be to keep your kids entertained, particularly during the school holidays. "But what I keep telling myself is we’re all doing our best! "I’m lucky that my kids play so well together but it can be a massive juggling act." Helen shares Ernie, seven, Louis, five, and baby Elsie with her ex, Richie.The couple reportedly split when Elsie was four months old.

Richie was married to Countryfile presenter Helen for nine years before the pair went their separate ways in 2022. In April 2022,Helen revealed on Instagramthat she and Richie had split, just four months after she had given birth to their third child together. “Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple,” she wrote on Instagram. “He has left the family home.
