msn.comHelen Flanagan wants to return to 'Coronation Street'. The 32-year-old actress played Rosie Webster in the ITV soap from 2000 to 2012 and reprised the role in 2017, before going on maternity leave in June 2018, and Helen revealed she would love play Rosie again.
Helen - who has children Matilda, eight, Delilah, five and Charlie, two, with her former partner Scott Sinclair - told The Sun: "I would absolutely love to go back to Corrie at some point.
It's just timing. "You know if you're a mum, it's working through things with the kids. I definitely want to do it at some point. " Helen previously revealed she has been thinking about how Rosie might have changed in the years since she was last on screen.
She told The Daily Star newspaper: "I'd like to see Rosie be a mum, I think that would be interesting. I think she would palm Sally [Rosie's mother] off with the kids and then just go and do anything that she wants. " Last year, an insider revealed that 'Coronation Street' bosses would welcome Helen's return to the show.
