Helen Flanagan took to social media earlier this week to confirm she'd undergone a breast augmentation. The former Coronation Street actress underwent the surgery in a bid to boost her body confidence after being left self-conscious from breastfeeding her three children.

The 32-year-old said she had always been busty with a natural E cup, but after breastfeeding Matilda, 7, Delilah, 4, and Charlie, 1, her breasts went to a B cup and became 'really saggy'.Helen, who shares her children with ex-fiancé and former Celtic star Scott Sinclair, admitted she was nervous about disclosing her surgery due to negative social media comments.

The soap star ultimately decided to be honest with fans as she is a "firm believer in women supporting other women."Cuddling up with her youngest child Charlie, Helen said: "Mummy can't carry you," before explaining to the camera: "So I can cuddle Charlie, I just can't pick him up.

Got some help this week."The mum-of-three decided to have an uplift to improve her confidence but wanted to make it clear that she "loved" her breastfeeding journeys.
