Coronation Street star, 30, gave birth to her baby boy in April, but has now revealed that things weren't as plain sailing as she hoped in the lead up to his birth.
Days before going her due date, Helen suffered a nasty fall at home that left her with a 'badly bruised coccyx' but decided against being induced early, so she could still give birth naturally.
Speaking to OK! magazine, Helen explained that she hadn't spoken about the fall when it happened as she was already feeling 'anxious' in the lead up to her due date.
Explaining what had happened, the soap star revealed she had been out at a physio appointment when she arrived at her mum's house to pick up her daughter Delilah, and Delilah ran straight past her out of the front door..
