Helen, who is currently on day three of recovery, explained to her 1m followers on Instagram that breastfeeding three children had changed how her boobs looked.
The mum-of-three decided to have an uplift to improve her confidence, but wanted to make it clear that she "loved" her breastfeeding journeys.
The soap star was unfortunately reluctant to share due to negative comments in the past. Helen said: "I like to share my life on here, I like to be as honest as I can I was nervous because people can be unkind.
