The ITV legend, who has regularly shared her children's tantrums with her Instagram followers in the past, looked especially fed up today, as she admitted the plane had encountered turbulence. "Get me off this plane and get me a glass of wine!" she demanded, looking drained and tearful as the Evanescence song 'Bring Me To Life' played in the background.
The track features lyrics about being "saved", which seemed to fit a frazzled-looking Helen's situation as she planted a sympathetic kiss on son Charlie's cheek.
She admitted to her one million followers afterwards she had been "pulling her hair out" due to the "awful" flight, which was delayed.
