ok.co.ukHelen Flanagan cut a colourful figure at today’s Grand National Ladies Day, Friday 14 April, as she rocked up to the highly anticipated affair in a bright red Karen Millen dress.The former Coronation Street star dazzled in the stunning £215 gown with layered, pleated skirt detailing and a blazer style bodice.
The dress boasted an off the shoulder cut, but had long sleeves to keep mum-of-three Helen warm as she enjoyed the festivities in Merseyside’s colder climes – worlds away from the sunny weather she experienced on her recent family holiday to Dubai.
To complete the look, the 32 year old wore her blonde tresses in a centre parting and a low bun, paired with a black and cream fascinator headband.
Her beautiful make-up for the event was done by make-up artist Caitlin Duff. Helen turned up to the event in style and shared a brief video to her Instagram Story as she sipped on a glass of bubbly. “So I’m just on my way to the races and I’m super excited so I’m travelling with Silk Executive today,” she told fans. “I use this company all the time.They’re amazing.
