Greater Manchester is braced for heavy rain this week before conditions turn drier at the weekend. Today (Tuesday) is expected to be largely dry and cloudy with temperatures reaching highs of around 18C.
But from the early hours of tomorrow morning, downpours are forecast for much of the day. According to the Met Office forecasters, lighter showers are expected in our region throughout the morning before the rain turns heavy during the afternoon.
