A decision to relax the social distancing rules was rubber-stamped at a meeting of football’s covid Joint Response Group - and will now be rolled out when the domestic campaign gets back up and running after the international break.

That means Rangers will have their stadium back to full capacity in time for the mouthwatering visit from the high flying Jambos a week on Saturday.
