The Tynecastle dressing room appears to have had a Rangers-themed makeover for the Sky Sports Cup final - and it's sparked a furious reaction from some Hearts fans. The showpiece fixture took place in Gorgie on Sunday as Rangers Women thumped Partick Thistle 4-1 to retain it.

Gers were the designated home team as the Glasgow sides made the trip to the capital and as such, they were given the home dressing room which usually houses to Steven Naismith and his team.

Hearts handed the keys over as the men's Premiership season is on ice for the international break, with the Jambos not in action again until they host Kilmarnock next weekend.

But an image doing the rounds from within changing room has sparked plenty of social media debate. A snap shows the Hearts badge plastered over with a smaller Rangers crest and some punters took it to be more desecration than decoration. One fan wrote: "Absolutely embarrassing this has been approved by Hearts," while others pointed to the fact that minimal effort appears to have been been made with the temporary decoration.
