Heartbroken woman, 22, suffered miscarriage two weeks after partner died suddenly

A heartbroken woman lost everything when her partner died suddenly and she suffered a miscarriage just two weeks later. Tammi Walker, 22, and her partner Steven Scobie, 38, were looking forward to their new arrival after moving into their new home together but she was left devastated when he died suddenly of cardiac arrest on March 29.

The couple had found out Tammi was pregnant just a few weeks earlier. The expectant mum was then dealt a further blow when she found out she had suffered a miscarriage the day after Steven's funeral.

She is now trying to do everything she can to honour Steven’s memory and “live every day to the full”. She told the Daily Record : “We had been together a year and a half.
