Suzanne Shaw has confessed the "fog" she lived in for so long finally lifted after she quit drinking alcohol.The 39 year old, who underwent an incredible body transformation after changing her diet, took to her Instagram feed to share a stunning photo of herself in a floral pink dress with a v-neckline before opening up to her 88,500 followers in an emotional post.

In the caption, the star spoke out about on her difficult relationship with alcohol and how much things have improved since banning it from her life.
