Earlier this month when the It Ends with Us star/director filed his $400 million lawsuit against Blake and her husband Ryan Reynolds, he included several texts he received from the Simple Favor star during production.
The most instantly iconic was from after the meeting about her rewrites of the rooftop romance scene. Baldoni characterized Blake as ambushing him with the Deadpool star AND her BFF Taylor Swift to help try and sell her script rewrites.
He had apparently previously responded rather condescendingly that he liked her “passion” — rather than her dialogue. Being cornered by Ryan and Tay changed all that.
