A 13-year-old boy can only communicate by blinking after suffering a massive stroke at the age of seven. Lewis White suffered a catastrophic brain haemorrhage after a stroke six years ago and is no longer able to speak to his family.
The determined boy, who was left severely disabled by the stroke, is now wheelchair bound and unable even to lift his head, Liverpool Echo reports.
Mum Sharon, 48, said the stroke came out of the blue and devastated her "happy boy" while he was at home during the school holidays.
The mum-of-three, of Flintshire in Wales, said: "He'd been feeling a little bit poorly. He'd had a sickness bug for a couple of days. “It was exactly as you'd see it.
