Harvey Elliott claims he fulfilled a boyhood dream by scoring his first goal for Liverpool. Elliott netted in Liverpool’s 7-2 friendly win over Blackpool and says not even playing behind closed doors at Anfield could take the shine off his effort.
The forward grew up in Chelsea territory in Surrey as a Liverpool supporter and Steven Gerrard was his big hero.
