Harry Styles denies James Bond rumours ahead of Daniel Craig's final film

Claims that Harry Styles is in the running to play James Bond "aren't even remotely true." Rumours had swirled that the former One Direction heartthrob was being looked at by studio bosses to wear the tux after Daniel Craig's upcoming swansong.

Daniel's last outing as the super-spy will come in the much-delayed No Time To Die, and speculation has been rife about who will take up the mantle.

Tom Hardy, Tom Hiddleston, James Norton and rising Normal People star Paul Mescal have all been floated. As has Harry, but now his rep has rubbished the rumours.

They told MailOnline that they're "not even remotely true." No Time To Die has been one of the biggest flicks to be hit by the Covid-19 pandemic, being delayed yet again until April 2021.
